Registered Nurse (RN ) 1:1 Student Care Location: Travel with student on school bus from Scotch Plains to East Hanover School Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (May be split between 2 RNs) Pay rate: $45/hour BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) 3 days a week - (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) to ride the bus with an 8 year old child with cerebral palsy, from Scotch Plains to East Hanover. The nurse will stay in school with the student the full day and return to Scotch Plains traveling on the bus with the student. The bus leaves East Hanover at 2:30 pm. The child will need a g-tube feeding at some point during the school day. What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 stand by care for a student with cerebral palsy
• Provide G-tube feeding
• Monitor patient's condition and update team as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in NJ
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Pediatrics or med surge experience preferred, but not necessary
• CPR, BLS, or ACLS certification
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality

Preferred:

• BSN degree from an accredited program
• Residing in or near Union County for shorter commute times
