Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
• Reviews purchase orders to ensure correct invoice is in pair and AP invoice is input accordingly.
• Reconciles vendor’s accounts as needed.
• Tracks and keeps control of all documentation gathered for filing.
• Performs other duties assigned.

  QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, QuickBooks or SAP a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma required or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field preferred.
• One year of experience in accounting (accounts payable).
