Job Description

The HT Group is partnering with a company that is in need of an AP Specialist. This is an onsite position near South Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of  heavy vendor invoices (150-200/day) and the maintenance of financial records. This role is vital to the success of our accounting team and requires a strong commitment to accuracy and organization.

Onsite position $58-$63k depending on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy Invoice experience required 
• Accurately process, verify, and record vendor invoices across multiple entities.
• Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records.
• Perform timely monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel 
• CMIC is preferred
