The position demands dedication from Monday to Thursday with shifts covering 10 hours, beginning between the hours of 3pm to 9pm.
Embedded within a team of experts, your mission will extend from meticulous machine operation to collaborating on innovative solutions, ensuring safety remains uncompromised.

Duties and Achievements

Meticulously set up CNC milling machines, producing parts as per design specifications.
Translate complex blueprints and technical manuscripts into actionable tasks.
Stay vigilant over machine operations, adjusting parameters to ensure top-notch product quality.
Engage in the regular maintenance and problem-solving of CNC technology.
Uphold and exemplify safety standards and company policies.
Maintain thorough records detailing production and machine status.
Work cooperatively with your peers to bring about process improvements.
Expertly handle measuring equipment such as micrometers and verniers.

Skill Set and Credentials

High school certification or equivalent; advantageous to have technical training in CNC operations.
Valuable experience as a CNC Mill Operator or in a closely related position.
Deep understanding of CNC programming and reading G-code.
Proficiency in reading and understanding detailed technical blueprints.
Ability to sustain precise tolerances within tight specifications.
Well-versed in the use of essential measuring tools and quality standards.
Impeccable detail orientation paired with problem-solving expertise.
Robust communication talents with a strength in team collaboration.

CNC Tooling Procedures
CNC Code Programming
Mathematical Skills Related to Machining

Technological Interaction Includes:

3-4 axis CNC Milling Machines (VMC) from brands like Fanuc, Mazak, Haas
Operation of Overhead Crane Systems
5+ axis CNC Milling Machines (VMC) including Fanuc, Mazak
Use of Calipers and Micrometers for Measurements
