The Role

Seeking a skilled and self-motivated carpenter to join our team. This position supports our plumbing projects with carpentry and light remodeling tasks – especially in bathroom renovations. You will work closely with our plumbing installers to prepare, repair, and finish job sites, ensuring a smooth and professional remodel experience for our customers.

Tasks:

• Removal and disposal of drywall, lathe/plaster, ceramic tile, fiberglass, cast iron tubs, flooring, trim, & more
• Perform general carpentry duties related to bathroom remodels
• Framing of walls, tub/shower surrounds, and tub decks
• Installation of vanities, tops, doors, casing, and baseboard trim
• Installation of Onyx Collection tub/shower systems and doors
• Installation of plywood or OSB backing behind Onyx shower systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites
• Collaborate with plumbers to sequence tasks and minimize customer disruption
• Operate power tools, saws, and other carpentry equipment with confidence and safety
• PREFERRED: Install drywall (mud, tape, texture, and paint)
• PREFERRED: Install various flooring types (ceramic, vinyl, LVT, laminate, carpet, etc.)
