Job Description

Are you a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professional with a passion for helping others? This is your opportunity to provide exceptional support to healthcare members—all while working remotely from the comfort of your home!

What You'll Do:
✅ Be the first point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking members
✅ Assist with benefit questions, eligibility, billing inquiries, payments, and more
✅ Process data entry and update patient profiles accurately
✅ Track interactions and ensure compliance using dual screens and modern technology

Schedule & Training:
Start Date: 4/14
Training Schedule (12 weeks): Monday - Friday, shifts may fluctuate between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM MST (advance notice provided for changes)
⏰ After Training: Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM MST and end as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday - Sunday). You'll always have two days off during the week but must be available to work weekends.

What We're Looking For:
6+ months of call center experience (or 2+ years of customer service experience)
Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual assessment required)
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
