Job Description

Our client is seeking a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team in Littleton, MA. This role is critical to ensure the timely procurement of components and services essential to the design and manufacture of complex electromechanical systems used in medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
• Perform cost analysis and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production on prototypes, ECOs, and part obsolescence.
• Monitor supplier performance and expedite critical materials to maintain schedules.
• Source, negotiate, and issue purchase orders for machined parts, cable/wire harnesses, PCBs, subassemblies, and specialized services.

Qualifications:

• Hands‑on ERP/MRP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa)
• Familiarity with low‑volume, high‑complexity manufacturing environments.
• High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of procurement/supply chain experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
