Express Employment is seeking Cabinet Assemblers to join our partnered client’s production team, located in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who is newer to the trade but has a basic understanding of woodworking, construction methods, and working with hand and power tools. You’ll support the assembly of high-end cabinetry in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet components based on shop drawings and instructions
• Use hand tools, and woodworking equipment to construct parts
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly
• Assist senior cabinet makers and learn advanced cabinetry techniques
• Perform basic finishing tasks such as sanding, fitting, and inspecting parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of woodworking and construction methods
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic woodworking equipment
• Ability to read measurements and follow verbal or written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Positive can do attitude
• Previous experience in woodworking or cabinet assembly is a plus, but not required
