What You'll Be Doing
Manage client cases from intake to resolution with care and accuracy.
Guide clients step by step, keeping them informed and supported.
Work closely with enrolled agents and compliance to move cases forward.
Balance high-volume caseloads while meeting closure goals.
What We're Looking For
Tax relief experience helpful, but not required.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communicator.
Tech-friendly with CRM and office tools.
Coachable, motivated, and ready to grow with us.
Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation: Hourly pay + bonuses
