Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal case management, with particular expertise in contract review, document management, and familiarity with various areas of law including securities and immigration. This role is essential in ensuring that cases are handled efficiently and effectively, providing support to both clients and legal teams.

Duties

  • Manage and oversee legal cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of case files.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and correspondence as needed.
  • Provide clerical support by filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for attorneys.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.

Qualifications

  • Personal Injury experience is required.
  • Previous experience in legal case management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and ability to review legal documents critically.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
