At The Joint Chiropractic – St. Augustine , we’re looking for a motivated Chiropractic Physician to join our team 2–3 days per week , with a clear path to grow into a full-time role in 2026 as we expand into additional clinics.

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is revolutionizing access to care nationwide, delivering more than 12 million patient visits annually across nearly 1,000 locations. Recognized by Forbes, Fortune, and Franchise Times, our model prioritizes convenience, affordability, and exceptional care.

As part of our St. Augustine team, you’ll step into a busy, supportive clinic with strong leadership, steady patient flow, and room for long-term career growth as we open additional locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems

• Deliver safe and effective manual adjustments to the spine and extremities

• Educate patients on the benefits of ongoing chiropractic wellness care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records/SOAP notes

• Order diagnostic imaging when clinically necessary and review findings

• Build positive doctor–patient relationships rooted in trust and communication

• Support membership conversations through care-focused recommendations

• Work collaboratively with our team to maintain smooth patient flow and great energy in the clinic

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited chiropractic college

• Active Florida license (or in process)

• Strong adjusting skills with a patient-first mindset

• Eligible for malpractice insurance

• 1–3 years of experience preferred but not required

• Excellent communication, positive attitude, and willingness to grow

Schedule

We are hiring for 2–3 days per week , and we appreciate a doctor who has a bit of flexibility.

Weekend availability is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $300–$400 per day , depending on experience

• Bonus potential based on performance and patient volume

• Company-paid malpractice insurance
