Salary- Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Denver, IA, for a Commercial Lender. The Commercial Lender will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, analyzing financial information and creditworthiness, and underwriting commercial loans. The role involves frequent interactions with clients and providing exceptional customer service. The Commercial Lender will also be managing SBA loan processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Underwriting and analyzing financial information
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to interact with clients
• Knowledge of SBA loans and regulations
• Background in Finance and managing loan processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
