Job Description

Overview:
Autonomy Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our clients projects across the Seattle metro area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to grow within the construction industry. Projects may range from site preparation to assisting trades on both residential and commercial jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general construction tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition

  • Load and unload building materials and tools

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision

  • Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed

  • Follow directions from site supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites

  • Perform physical labor in varying weather conditions and terrain

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

  • Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, etc.)

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Preferred:

  • OSHA 10 certification

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay depending on experience. Weekly pay with direct deposit.
