Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator (Contractor) to join our team in Westminster, CO. We are implementing a new Workday strategic sourcing tool along with building out our contract repository. We are looking for someone to join our team who brings strong contract management experience and is passionate about delivering results. In this role, you will lead identifying critical contract details and updating contract records company wide.

Duration: 3 months

Location: Westminster, CO

Pay Rate: Up to $ 37 an hour

Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing contract language and identifying key terms
• Contract data input/entry into the CLM
• Administer, draft and negotiating contract amendments and modifications
• Completing contract closeout
• Supporting and maintaining contractual records, proposal logs and reporting
• Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate and administer non-disclosure agreements
• Maintain official contractual documentation
• Completing special projects, as required

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in paralegal services, contract administration, contract management, contract monitoring, including drafting or negotiating contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in SharePoint
• Ability to work independently
• Experience maintaining and managing detailed documentation and records
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to learn and use new systems
