Company Background: Plant Grow Harvest (PGH) is a vertically integrated, multi-geography seed, fresh, and specialty potato business with operations in multiple locations across the country and planned expansion in additional regions. PGH also offers in-house supply chain solutions, brokerage, and consulting solutions for major potato businesses across North America. We are positioned for industry-leading growth and seeking additional talent to oversee operational execution and make a substantial early impact on the trajectory of the company.   Position Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Business Analyst and CFO in capturing, organizing, and analyzing key data across our farming and processing operations. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing accurate reporting and dashboards, improving data visibility, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the company.   Key Responsibilities: Support the collection, cleaning, and maintenance of operational and financial data Build reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize performance trends Assist in building data models to support the monitoring of KPIs across the company Work with cross-functional teams (farming, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and consistent data collection Collaborate with the Business Analyst to automate reporting and streamline processes Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs for data handling and reporting Assist with the selection, design, and implementation of the company’s first ERP; maintain data integrity thereafter. Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions   Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data visualization tools such as Power BI Basic knowledge of SQL or Power Query is a plus Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Able to work independently while collaborating with remote team members   Preferred Qualifications: Internship or co-op experience in a data-related role is a plus Experience working with agricultural or manufacturing operations preferred Willing and able to occasionally travel to other locations in the USA (up to 10%)   Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $50,000 – $650,000 (depending on experience) Bonus: 10% discretionary bonus Benefits: PTO, opportunity for career advancement Location: Based in Cochise, AZ.
