We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help us enter, update, and maintain information in our company databases and online systems. This is an easy, beginner-friendly role that can be done from home with basic computer skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure all information is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
  

• Review information for accuracy and completeness
  

• Update existing records as needed
  

• Organize and maintain digital files
  

• Follow simple data entry procedures and guidelines
  

• Communicate with team members if information is missing or unclear
  

• Meet daily or weekly data entry goals
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet browsing)
  

• Ability to type at a reasonable speed with accuracy
