Qualifications/ Responsibilities

• Job Opportunity: Resourceful Leader with Prepress, Print Production Skills, Vinyl Cutting and Application
• A solid understanding of print industry standards, including prepress, and digital wide-format print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of prepress, pre-flight, and print layout processes
• Familiarity with wide-format digital presses, laminators, vinyl cutters (including cutting and weeding), and routers.
• Consistent attention to detail with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Deep understanding of Pantone Colors, CMYK, and RGB color
• Awareness of various print media and substrates
• Experience or knowledge in installing window/wall graphics and various signage is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects, workflow, and timelines/due dates.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on guiding and inspiring the team
• Lead and inspire the team by example, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing daily operations and project coordination
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail
• Utilize resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to address both customer and internal challenges

- Manage projects and time effectively, considering the overall production process to minimize waste and optimize media use

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30/8 AM to 5/5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for overtime when needed
