  • Investigation & Reporting: Lead internal investigations into compliance concerns, and report findings to senior leadership and the Board of Directors as appropriate.
  • Third-Party Oversight: Oversee compliance aspects of relationships with third-party partners, including pharmacies, physicians, and technology vendors.
  • Advisory Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and regulatory compliance questions, providing expert guidance to all departments, including Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks across all business functions.
  • Licensing & Credentialing: Oversee the licensing and credentialing processes for all clinical providers and the company itself in various states.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role, with significant experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep expertise in HIPAA, state and federal telehealth laws, pharmacy regulations, and other relevant healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing a comprehensive compliance program.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical business solutions.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
