Driver NON-CDL GEORGIA

Position Title: Non-CDL Driver – 26' Refrigerated Box Truck

Hourly Rate: $20

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' refrigerated box truck safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards at all times.
• Load, unload, and move flower racks and pallets as part of daily deliveries.
• Deliver products to customers while providing excellent service and maintaining professional communication.
• Follow dispatch instructions accurately and complete all assigned routes.
• Be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Be available for early morning shifts (starting as early as 3:00 a.m.).

Requirements (Per Insurance Criteria)

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• At least 3 years of verifiable driving experience .
• Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of residence (no temporary, instructional, or interim licenses accepted).
• Clean driving record:
• No more than 3 accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault).
• No Type A violations in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, suspended license, hit & run).
• No more than 4 total incidents (accidents + Type B violations) in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 Type B violations in the past 18 months.
• No license suspension or revocation within the last 2 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening , or be willing to obtain them.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and working in various temperatures and environments.
