To be successful as an Executive Assistant, you should have experience with:
Managing scheduling for senior management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and calendar management
Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to all logistical details
Handling email and instant messaging communications, relaying important messages, and ensuring timely responses to key inquiries
Prioritizing incoming emails, identifying urgent matters, and responding or escalating as needed to maintain workflow and responsiveness
Coordinating detailed travel arrangements for senior leaders, especially during visits to the Delaware office, and planning team-building activities that foster collaboration and engagement
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Previous executive assistant experience supporting senior management
Ample stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate across teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
Previous experience working in the financial services industry, with an understanding of its pace, culture, and confidentiality requirements
