**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in rolling fiberglass inside molds and ensuring the quality of the final product. You will work collaboratively with a team of 4-5 members throughout your shift. Your responsibilities will include transporting molds for further processing and maintaining production quotas. This role requires standing for 8 hours and physical strength to lift and roll products weighing up to 40 lbs. Flexibility to assist in other areas of the plant when needed is also essential. **Responsibilities** + Roll fiberglass inside molds and ensure there are no air bubbles. + Transport molds to the next step in the process for gel coating/painting. + Stand for 8 hours and lift/roll products weighing up to 40 lbs. + Maintain production quotas of 80-90 units per shift. + Assist in other areas of the plant during staff shortages. **Essential Skills** + Production or manufacturing experience + Ability to stand and work in a hunched position for the entire shift. + Physical ability to lift and roll products weighing up to 40 lbs. + Experience in production and inspection tasks. + Bilingual abilities are a plus. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with hand tools. + General labor experience in a production environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth. Additionally, you receive 24 emergency hours per calendar year and holiday pay after 30 days of employment. **Work Environment** Our fiberglass plant has a distinct fiberglass smell and experiences temperature variations, being warm in the summer and cooler in the winter. The facility operates two shifts: the **first shift from 4:50 AM to 1 PM and the second shift from 1:50 PM to 10 PM** . **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goshen, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
