**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. We have openings for both 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with team members to package items efficiently. + Communicate with supervision to understand work demand and priorities. + Read work orders in English to accurately pick parts. + Stage products for shipment in an organized manner. + Work independently to handle materials safely. + Lift up to 50 pounds infrequently as part of the job. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours per day. + Proficiency in reading work orders in English. + Effective communication skills with team members. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packing, inventory, production, and material handling. + Familiarity with forklift operation, picking, general labor, and shipping. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering competitive benefits.
