Hiring Part-Time Holiday Light Installers

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time holiday light installers. If you enjoy working outdoors, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable working on ladders or from the roof, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Professionally installing Christmas lights, garland, mini-lights, decorative wreaths, and various other holiday décor.
• Work on stepladders, extension ladders, and rooftops to install lights on gutters, roof peaks, and ridge lines.
• Collaborate effectively within a 2–3-person team.
• Take direction from team lead, business owners and managers.
• Perform installations on both residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications:

• Experience with similar tasks (e.g., light installation, ladder work, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to follow and abide by all company and OHSA policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, with a personality that thrives on precision.
• Give directions when asked to. Ask questions when necessary. Work in a manner that keeps yourself and all persons on team safe.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to accept job assignments on short notice.
• Have your own transportation.
• Have a valid Ohio driver license.

Compensation:

• Roof Installers: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Ground Installers: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Plus, bonuses for completing installations within certain time frame, completing multiple installations in same day and other bonus opportunities.
