ALSO is looking for an Insurance & Risk Manager to take ownership of our Insurance Program
and partner with strategic and operational leaders to mitigate and manage risk across Also’s
international organization. This role is ideal for an outstanding and experienced insurance
manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth companies and is excited to build our
insurance, risk and resilience program from the ground up.
What You Will Do - Manage the maintenance and renewal of Also’s corporate insurance program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world to ensure risk is understood and addressed appropriately.
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers and other third parties.
- Support cross-functional work on strategic initiatives relating to identifying, understanding and managing risk.
- Review and negotiate contractual insurance requirements.
- Manage corporate insurance claims activity.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence within the function.
What You Will Bring - Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the corporate insurance space.
- Advanced understanding of commercial insurance products and consumer products.
- Deep working experience with brokers and carriers.
- A hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction.
The salary for this position ranges from $175,000-$195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
