• Callback %: 8

• Procedures per day: 8-10

• Support Staff: 1 APP, 4 Office Staff

• Procedures:

- Fine Needle Aspiration

- Bone Marrow Biopsy and Aspiration

- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis

- Core Needle Bx Lung Mediastinum

- Liver Biopsy, Intro Cath Dialysis, Flow Cytometry

- INSJ Tunneled Ctr Vad w/ SUDQ Port Placement

- IR Injections

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OK License or IMLC

• BC

• ACLS

• Clean Record (NPDB)

• Fellowship-trained
