Your mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support our Customization organization within the Supply Chain function. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional with a passion for people, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with HR and Operations teams, playing a key role in supporting core HR processes and organizational capability initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help lead the Horizontal Capability Pillar, helping to build a strong, agile, and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner Support
+ Assist in implementing HR initiatives that support talent development, engagement, and organizational culture.
+ Partner with business leaders on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
+ Support workforce planning and execution of talent strategies in collaboration with senior HRBPs.
+ Help facilitate onboarding, employee training, and career development programs.
Customization Operations Support
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of people strategies with operational goals.
+ Support operational excellence programs within the Customization team.
+ Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Horizontal Capability Pillar
+ Coordinate initiatives to build functional and leadership capabilities across the organization.
+ Help facilitate learning programs and skills development aligned with business needs.
+ Monitor capability-building KPIs and support reporting and improvement efforts.
Job Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
+ 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain setting.
+ Understanding of HR fundamentals and talent development processes.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and data reporting tools is a plus.
