Cannon Heyman & Weiss, LLP is seeking experienced legal assistants to join our Buffalo, NY office.
CHW’s practice is focused on complex real estate finance transactions. We represent for-profit and non-profit developers, as well as lenders, syndicators, and institutional investors on transactions involving the development and financing of multi-family housing and commercial real estate using tax-exempt bonds, conventional debt and the syndication of various tax credits.
Candidates should desire a fast-paced, challenging and collegial work environment. Candidates must be highly organized and have strong attention to detail, possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is a must. Experience using Workshare, iManage and OneDrive is preferred.
