We are SugaringNYC Cypress, a leading organic hair removal and lash/brow artistry studio located in a prime shopping center in Cypress, TX. We are seeking a passionate, licensed professional to join our dynamic team. Compensation & Earning Potential: 

• Pay: $24.00 – $34.00 (Hourly Pay + Commission + Tips)
  • Most of our team is averaging $22-$30/hr
• Uncapped Earning: Hourly pay + Performance-based Commission + Generous Client Tips.
  • Note: Your total earnings are dependent on your ability to rebook clients and sell premium retail products.

Role & Responsibilities: 

As a SugaringNYC Specialist, you will be the expert in client care:

• Perform precise sugaring, lash, and brow services (training provided for sugaring technique).
• Educate clients on personalized aftercare and premium retail products to drive sales.
• Create unforgettable client experiences that foster loyalty and high rebooking rates.
• Support all aspects of studio operation, including front-desk duties (scheduling, payments, client communication).
• Maintain a pristine, welcoming studio environment.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements): 

• Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required).
• 1+ year of client service experience (spa/salon preferred).
• Reliable commute to Cypress, TX.
• A passion for clean beauty and professional development.

Scheduling Details: 

• Availability: Full-time or Part-time options.
• Mandatory:Weekend availability (Our busiest days!) is required to meet high client demand.
• Studio Hours:
  • Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sun: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
