Licensed Real Estate administrative assistant to a top brokerage
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Admin with a valid real estate license to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate to showcase their skills in a flexible work environment.
This is a part time position on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 11am-6pm. Real Estate License is required. Administrative experience is preferred.
Must Haves:
- Experience as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker.
- Attention to detail is a must for this position, at Vera Cohen Realty we cross every “t” and dot every “i”.
- You must be a self-starter.
- You must love fast pace work
- You should be comfortable prioritizing a list of tasks and executing them without supervision.
- You must have reliable transportation and must be able to work in our East Greenbush office. In addition, there is minimal occasional travel required.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word as well as basic computer functionality and internet research.
- You must have "no task is too big" attitude, kind personality and positive view of every challenge mentality!
- You must be able to work in the U.S.
- You must have previous experience in an office environment.
- You must be comfortable speaking face-to-face, as well as on the phone/email with clients.
- You must be able to work with our dynamic team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage projects
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to deal with many strong personalities in a professional manner
- You must be accountable and keep others accountable and honest
Pluses:
- A college degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience with CRM software, accounting software, organization software, etc.
- Experience with customer service is also a plus.
- 2-5 years of administrative experience
- Photoshop, Canva & Social Media experience
