Luxury Airport Lounge Waitstaff – Full-Time Opportunity


  Rate: $17.85/hr (non-tipped)

Location: Miami International Airport – American Airlines Admirals Club

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred (weekdays/weekends/holidays)

The American Airlines Admirals Club at MIA is seeking professional, service-driven Waitstaff to support a luxury, fast-paced, and guest-centered environment. If you excel in restaurant service and enjoy creating memorable guest moments, this role offers a distinctive opportunity unlike traditional restaurant settings.

What You Will Do:

• Provide attentive, polished buffet and beverage service throughout the lounge.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, well-organized, and maintained to premium brand standards.
• Replenish food, beverage, and service stations with speed, accuracy, and presentation awareness.
• Support bussing, stocking, and general front-of-house operations.
• Deliver warm, professional engagement with guests to enhance their travel experience.
• Partner closely with culinary and operations teams to uphold a seamless service flow.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Direct restaurant serving/waitstaff experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred .
• Professional presence, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to service.
• Ability to meet airport security requirements and work within a secure facility.
