Now Hiring: Marine/Waterfront Engineers - NYC Growing Department | NYC-Based Projects Are you passionate about designing resilient, high-impact waterfront infrastructure? About the Role We're seeking a Marine/Waterfront Engineers to lead and support the design of critical shoreline infrastructure across the NYC region. You'll work on a variety of waterfront structures, including: + Bulkheads & retaining walls, piers, platforms & docks + Fender systems & marine foundations + Flood resiliency and shoreline protection systems **No diving is required, this is a design role** This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of a well-established firm's marine practice. Key Responsibilities + Lead structural and geotechnical design for marine and waterfront infrastructure + Manage project delivery from concept through construction + Oversee regulatory permitting and interface with public agencies + Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and client deliverables + Support proposals, change orders, invoicing, and client communications Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in marine, waterfront, structural, or geotechnical engineering + Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering + AutoCAD proficiency, Civil 3D/Revit nice to have + PE license (preferred, or will obtain within 6 months of hiring ) + Strong knowledge of waterfront structures and coastal resiliency Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr. Full competitive benefits package, 401k, generous PTO package, bonuses twice per year and training Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in New York,NY.
