Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, adaptable Network Engineer to join a small but high-impact global team supporting advanced lab environments across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our high-bandwidth, low-latency infrastructure that powers everything from enterprise workloads to cutting-edge AI labs. This role is ideal for someone with solid networking fundamentals (CCNA-level or higher), a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow into a broader infrastructure role. You’ll be mentored by a senior architect and engineer, with opportunities to expand into automation, containers, and modern networking technologies. Key Responsibilities - Own day-to-day networking operations across multiple lab environments (POC, AI, client, edge).
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot switches, routers, and access platforms (primarily Dell SONiC, OS10, OS9).
- Support and extend complex network topologies including leaf-spine VXLAN/EVPN, 3-tier, and wireless (Ruckus).
- Collaborate with global teammates to build new environments, extend networks, and resolve issues.
- Assist with performance testing, cable validation, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Document network configurations and contribute to modernization and automation efforts.
- Participate in planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.
Required Experience - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA or equivalent experience).
- Experience with physical switch deployment, cabling, and configuration.
- Familiarity with modern networking protocols (VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, etc.).
- Exposure to Dell networking platforms (SONiC, OS10, OS9, OS6).
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a distributed team.
Preferred Skills - Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python, APIs, GNMI).
- Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Dell servers and lab infrastructure.

The salary range for this position starts at $150,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
