Location: Russellville, AR
Contract Duration: 1–3 months (possible extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $42/hour
Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Occupational Health team in Russellville, AR. The RN will provide primary and emergency care for workplace and non-workplace injuries, support employee wellness initiatives, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company health standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administer prescription and over-the-counter medications as ordered.
Conduct screening tests such as drug/alcohol testing, spirometry, and audiometric exams.
Maintain OSHA, state, and employee health records accurately.
Participate in plant safety, ergonomic, and health promotion programs.
Assist with workers’ compensation documentation and compliance.
Perform facility walk-throughs to ensure adherence to modified or restricted duty requirements.
Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to support health and safety goals.
Completion of an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN or RN) .
Active nursing license in Arkansas or a compact state.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience ; occupational health experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate industrial/plant environments safely, including stairs and ladders.
Proficient in basic computer applications; prior experience with business/occupational health software a plus.
CPR and First Aid Instructor certifications preferred.
