Job Description

An established and growing investment firm in Midtown East is seeking a highly organized and polished Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a critical, high-impact role supporting senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a professional, fast-paced office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities management, ensuring a smooth and professional in-office experience
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supply inventory, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate internal meetings, firm events, and occasional offsites
  • Serve as a culture ambassador and internal point of contact for all office-related needs
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a combined Executive Assistant and Office Manager role
  • Prior experience in financial services, investment firms, or professional services preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Highly professional and polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a service mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies
