Outdoor Lighting Crew Lead - Urgently Hiring!
My client is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to manage outdoor lighting installations and supervise a team of technicians. Ideal for someone with strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for high-quality outdoor work. Travel is required for the position along with an active driver's license in good standing.
Responsibilities:
Lead and train technicians on lighting installations
Oversee architectural, landscape, hardscape, and water feature lighting projects
Ensure safety, code compliance, and high-quality results
Troubleshoot lighting and wiring issues
Conduct site assessments and communicate with clients
Manage tools, materials, and project documentation
Requirements:
5+ years in outdoor lighting, electrical work, or related fields
2+ years crew leadership experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to read plans and work outdoors in all conditions
Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy equipment; clean drug screen; verifiable references
Up to 50% travel
Preferred:
Low-voltage lighting experience
Electrical certifications
Landscape design knowledge
First Aid/CPR certification
