Patient Care Tech I – PCT - Park Infusion Center
Day Shift – Full Time - 40 hours
The Park Infusion Center includes two adult-focused clinics: a Non-Oncology Infusion Clinic and the Adult Sickle Cell Infusion Center. Staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Clinical Technicians (CTs), work across both areas as part of a collaborative team. The center provides a range of services such as pain management for sickle cell patients, blood transfusions, and IV hydration therapy. This role is ideal for professionals who are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Patient Care Techs at The Johns Hopkins Hospital provide highly skilled and compassionate patient and family-centered care as a contributing member of the health care team. Ongoing education is provided to all Patient Care Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year, you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit, which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development.
