Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Houston. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality healthcare to children, ensuring their healthy development and well-being. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to educate them on health management.
Provide compassionate care while addressing the unique needs of each child.
Administer vaccinations and medications as required.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance pediatric care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish, ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
Proven experience working with children in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of pediatric health issues and treatments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with families.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
