Job Title: PeopleSoft Federal Financials Consultant
Role: Federal Financial Management Functional Lead – Record-to-Report 
Location: Washington, DC
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid



Position Overview:
We are looking for a Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead to support federal financial reporting initiatives. This role involves gathering and designing custom reports to meet client-specific needs, ensuring compliance and usability across various federal entities.



Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather reporting requirements
• Design and document custom financial reports
• Ensure alignment with federal compliance and reporting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution-agnostic implementation
• Provide insights into optimizing reporting workflows

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in federal financial reporting or business analysis
• Proven experience designing custom reports for federal clients
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Oracle/PeopleSoft reporting tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
