Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staff training and development to enhance team performance and skills.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for upper management.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
