Don't wait... apply today!** **Schedule** : 2nd Shift - Monday thru Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am **Pay** : $21/hour + $2/hour shift differential **Whats in it for you?** + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + Opportunity for growth + Weekly pay **What will you be doing?** + Responsible for producing quality products per the build schedule + Operate injection molding machines to produce parts meeting quality specifications. + Perform secondary processing operations according to work instructions. + Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications. + Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects. + Meet productivity standards. + Record and maintain quality or traceability information. + Record and maintain Cell Boards and other visual management tools + Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out-tag-out, and proper storage of tools, etc. + Comply with good housekeeping policies. + Maintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks. + Suggest improvements and support kaizen and DBS activities. + Report complicated equipment malfunctions to mechanics. + Participate in team meetings, which include planning daily work and resource utilization, problem solving, project work, etc. + Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; clean and organized work area. + May be required to cross-train on other equipment or other areas as needed + Assist in problem solving of new equipment and products. + May be responsible for handling of and accurate disposal of chemical and non-chemical waste, some of which is hazardous and regulated. **What do you bring?** + Previous Manufacturing Experience + Manual dexterity and good coordination + Basic reading, writing, and math skills + Mechanical ability or aptitude + Operate injection molding machines + Ability to pass 7 year background check and drug screen + Good attitude and desire to learn ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
