What You'll Actually Do  

Turn frustrated executives and stakeholders into data-driven visionaries using Power BI and the full Microsoft stack. We're talking about those "holy crap, I had no idea our data could do THAT" moments. 

The Human Stuff (The Important Part):  

• Be the trusted advisor who translates business frustrations into technical wins 

• Guide clients from "we have data but can't use it" to "we're excited to come to work" 

• Train and enable client teams (because we're not trying to create dependency) 

• Work with leaders who appreciate real results over consultant theater 

The Technical Stuff:  

• Advanced DAX that delivers so much measurable clarity stakeholders forget you're in the room while they have breakthrough business conversations 

• Power Query transformations that turn data chaos into trust and opportunity 

• Dimensional models that scale (because we're not building throwaway demos) 

• Compelling visualizations that tell stories and catalyze action, not just display numbers

What You Need  

The Technical Chops:  

• Advanced Power BI, DAX, and Power Query skills (you know what "context transition" means and why it matters) 

• Dimensional modeling experience (star schemas aren't scary to you) 

• Ability to create compelling data stories, not just charts 

• You stay curious and keep up with what's next — from Fabric to the next evolution of analytics.

• You love teaching what you know so others can level up. 

The Human   Skills :  

• You care as much about business impact as you do about technical polish. You understand that analytics only matters when it moves the business forward. 

• Can translate executive frustration into technical and human solves 

• You don't just deliver dashboards — you earn trust by helping clients think differently. 

• Comfortable presenting to C-suite or front-line managers 

• Professional presence (clients need to trust you with their business) 

The  Logistics : 

• US Citizenship or Green Card (we don't sponsor visas) 

• Strong English communication (you'll be talking to humans, not just code) 

What You Need
