Korean Air – Premium Lounge Receptionist $27/hr

Join our team and be the welcoming face of the Korean Air Premium Lounge, delivering exceptional service to global travelers in an elevated, luxury hospitality environment. As a Receptionist, you will set the tone for a calm, refined, and memorable guest experience while representing the elegance and service excellence of the Korean Air brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly welcome First Class, Prestige Class, and SkyTeam Elite Plus guests.
• Lounge access with professionalism.
• Provide concierge-style support, including amenity guidance, shower suite inquiries, dining information, Wi-Fi assistance, and general travel questions.
• Answer phones, manage guest flow, and support front desk operations.
• Coordinate with lounge leadership and teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, professionalism, and guest confidentiality.
• Follow airport, TSA, OSHA, and Korean Air safety and service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual Korean/English is a plus.
• Prior hospitality, customer service, or airline experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during peak travel periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on flight schedules.
