Recruitment & HR Coordinator
Pay Range: $35–$45/hr (DOE)
Location: Sutton, MA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hrs/week), with potential to increase to 30–40 hrs/week in the new year
Assignment Type: Temporary Contract (ASAP start preferred)
A growing organization in the Sutton, MA area is seeking a skilled Recruitment & HR Coordinator to provide administrative and recruiting support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structured tasks with day-to-day variety, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.
This is a contract role with potential for growth and increased hours. You'll train directly with the current HR lead prior to their leave, ensuring a smooth handoff and continuity through 2026.
