**Job Requirements**
The Aspen Group (TAG) supports nearly 1,500 health and wellness offices nationwide, including Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implants. As Aspen Dental, we're growing fast and looking for future **Sales Trainers** who love **developing talent** , **driving performance** , and **being on the move** .
**What You'll Do**
+ **Local travel weekly** to offices within your region/territory.
+ Deliver **in-person training and coaching** to office leaders, sales professionals, and clinicians.
+ Improve consultative sales techniques and treatment plan acceptance to best serve our patients.
+ Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities and implement strategies.

**Work Experience**
**What We're Looking For**
+ 5+ years in **sales training, coaching, or sales management** (luxury retail, cosmetics, healthcare a plus).
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to influence without direct authority.
+ Comfortable with **early mornings 1-2x / week (6:45 AM huddles)** and **overnight travel during training** .
+ Comfortable traveling to local offices (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour) 4 days per week
