Radiant Holiday Lighting is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our seasonal team for the holiday season. As a Holiday Lighting Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing custom holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial clients. This is a fast-paced, outdoor position that requires working on ladders, rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
Safely install holiday lights, décor, and displays on homes, buildings, and landscaping.
Work with ladders and rooflines to hang lights and secure fixtures.
Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues during the season.
Remove and properly store lights and décor after the holiday season.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Radiant Holiday Lighting in a professional manner.
Follow all safety protocols and team instructions.
Required:
Ability to work comfortably on ladders and rooftops.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold weather.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in roofing, landscaping, construction, or similar outdoor work.
Previous seasonal or holiday lighting installation experience.
Seasonal Term: October – December (approximately 3 months).
Hours: Full-time, with overtime opportunities during peak season.
