Position Duties: Build and implement multi-channel strategies to acquire, influence, or drive customer action across the digital landscape. Work with business partners and marketing managers to define digital programs and handle digital content production, distribution, and community development for existing and emerging channels. Partner with channel specialists (content marketing, social media, email search and display) to develop go-to-market recommendations. Lead production and distribution of written and visual content for digital channels. Build out and strengthen web content sections to improve SEO performance and user experience, recommending the most appropriate web destination and landing page template. Use research and analytical insights to help connect online strategy across various web assets. Integrate business-line marketing programs, public relations, event marketing and other channels into digital strategies. Job Requirements: Position requires a Masters degree or the foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Content Producer, Communications Specialist, or related. Must have two (2) years of experience in: Digital Marketing; Social media management systems: Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social; Social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit; Google marketing platforms; Financial markets; and Data analysis.
