The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities on Twitch. Reporting to the Creative Strategy Lead, US, the Senior Creative Strategist will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the Santa Monica or New York offices. He or she will guide brands on how to best leverage Twitch, the gaming industry, and live streaming technology to reach customers in a meaningful way.

Key job responsibilities

• You will respond to client RFPs with compelling proposals that serve the brand's needs while leveraging the best of Twitch's platform, products, and talent.
• You will attend client meetings, pitches and collaborative work sessions to translate, educate, and evangelize Twitch to our advertising clients.
• You will help articulate high-concept ideas and proposals to sellers, media agencies, and clients to ensure they're effectively communicated.
• You will conceptualize campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• You will identify advertiser vertical needs and content gaps and create proactive packages to address them.
• You will ensure that all concepts delivered meet Amazon's bar-raising standard.

About The Team

BPS is Amazon's in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology on Twitch.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
• Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
• Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
• Experience in knowledge of of the Twitch platform and Twitch advertising experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
