As a Showing Agent, you will support property tours, host open houses, and assist senior buyer agents in creating an excellent client experience.   • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Real estate license
