Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation and trafficking of Integrated Digital Marketing campaigns for Marketing Execution Team. Tracks and executes traffic plans for all large-scale digital programs developed by the HQ Media and Marketing Planning teams. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Understands big picture business priorities in order to execute trafficking responsibilities.
  • Tracks all due dates of media placements to ensure plans are seamlessly executed accurately and on time.
  • Assists in updating PORs and media calendars, including detailed quarterly overviews and weekly creative snapshots.
  • Supports in creative requests as needed, for new and existing campaigns across product diff/brand and targeted media.
  • Maintains creative repository of all delivered creative assets.
  • Responsible for trafficking all digital tactics including OLV, OLA, Display, Custom, and Social.
  • Works with media agency to QA final build and traffic all paid social assets across all media.
  • Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
  • Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
  • Attends internal and external status calls as needed to ensure alignment across business objectives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Traffic or digital agency experience preferred
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to partner with cross functional teams and external agency partners
  • Proficient in Excel
