As our Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Managing and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Handling staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with store policies and applicable regulations.
- Analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to meet business goals.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
